SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

All items are packaged with loving care. Shipping is free to anywhere in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S Virgin Islands. 

Please allow 2 business days for us to ship your purchase. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes accessible.

The majority of our shipments are sent with Priority status via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If overnight shipping is required, or if an alternate carrier such as Fedex, UPS, or DHL is to be used: contact us to adjust the shipping cost, as necessary. Items valued above $300 will require a signature upon delivery. At checkout, please make sure that the shipping address is correct and accurate. We will only ship to the address registered in your account or provided with your order.

Please note that, on rare occasions, deliveries may be delayed for various reasons; including high shipping volumes during holiday season, poor weather affecting road conditions, or issues with an errant shipping address. We have no control over such events but we will always make every effort to have your packages delivered as quickly as possible.

In case an item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for submitting a claim with the carrier.
