Refund policy
*In the case of a mistake on our end, such as: the item has undisclosed severe damage; the wrong item was shipped; or the item is deemed not genuine by a Professional Authenticator (please note that we may require a proof for this): please submit a return request within 48 hours after receiving the item, via email to: gwensluxeshop@gmail.com.
Return requests can be honored or denied at our discretion. All Gwen’s Luxeshop tags, and or security tag with a unique serial code, must be intact and attached to the item to be returned and refunded. Your item must be unused, smoke-free, and in the same condition in which you received it. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in its original form. There is often some processing time before a refund will be posted and this may take up to 5-10 days depending on the payment method.
